Last Friday Keith and I were delivering postcards to the neighbours of our new listing in the Forest Hill neighbourhood of Kitchener. We were letting them know about this fantastic opportunity to move into their neighbourhood now that the owners of 37 Duncairn Avenue had decided it was time to move to pastures new. As we walked up and down each neat and tidy driveway and past every well tended garden I thought to myself this is a great neighbourhood and we have a wonderful home for sale here, someone is going to be very happy! Entering from the front door we have the foyer with the large closet. Straight ahead we have the spacious eat in kitchen featuring plenty of cupboard space, a large countertop and double sink. To the left is the large living room with hardwood floors and a large picture window providing plenty of natural light. Just off the living room we have the formal dining room with another large window. Moving down the hallway from the kitchen we have the main floor four piece bathroom with ceramic flooring and double sink. Next to this is the main floor master bedroom and second bedroom.
