Last Friday Keith and I were delivering postcards to the neighbours of our new listing in the Forest Hill neighbourhood of Kitchener. We were letting them know about this fantastic opportunity to move into their neighbourhood now that the owners of 37 Duncairn Avenue had decided it was time to move to pastures new. As we walked up and down each neat and tidy driveway and past every well tended garden I thought to myself this is a great neighbourhood and we have a wonderful home for sale here, someone is going to be very happy!
